Copy image from camera

Hi

When using this command:

[~,tmp]   = cam.Memory.CopyToArray(MemId)

Where does MATLAB save the images? RAM or disk?

If RAM, how can I transfer it to disk? Because I have thousands of images and I get the error "run out of memory".
