Why does my Simulink Model crash MATLAB?

I put in an Extended Kalman Filter using Simulink Functions, and while it did not generate any errors, before the Simulation worked, the whole MATLAB app crashed. I have used this with as much RAM as I can possibly use, and put it on another Computer with more RAM. Has anyone else had a simulation crash without reporting any errors?
