Reading Multiple dicom Images in Loop

I am new to MATLAB although I have some experience in C. I am trying to read a bunch of dicom images from several different folders one by one, and they have to stay in a certain order (they are slices of a CT scan). They aren't arranged in numerically by title and the number of images varies slightly between folders. Any advice or ideas for reading the files into MATLAB would be great. Thanks!

Use the dicomread() function and imageDatastore(). Both links have some good examples to get you started. If you have any further questions let us know.
