wscalogram scale to frequency

I am using wscalogram for a signal generated. The plots give y axis in sclaes. I tried the solution from https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/31238-frequency-axis-on-a-scalogram

This doesn't work for me. I get the attached when I used the above solution.
