simulation of rising bubble

i'd like to measure the diameter of one or more moving bubbles as ellipse. there's someone that already tried it? furthermore i'd like to Know the position of the bubble

Possibly, you're asking about image processing, maybe video since you said your bubbles are moving. With so little details I doubt you'll get an answer.
