Trouble with genfis1

Please Help Me, I cant run my ANFIS program especially in 'genfis1' function. the problem is i cant input 4 matrix for 'genfis1'. in 'genfis1' default program just can run with 3 input matrix. please tell me how to solve this problem? thank you
