Hardware implementation of Digital Filter

I want to implement a digital filter on UCD3138128 .I have simulated the digital filter on simulink .While generating a C/C++ code from Embedded coder I was unable to find the Hardware board on support package on mathworks-central.Is there a work around other than changing the board itself? Any help would be appreciated.
