How to let two sets of data in workspace as the input 1 & 2 for sugeno fuzzy logic controller and let the output as the conditions inside while/for loop in a script code (.m file)?

I had generated two sets of vector and I want to make them as the inputs of a sugeno fuzzy logic controller. Then there are four outputs which are (0, 0.3333, 0.6667, 1), I want to make them as loop condition and run the code inside the loop. I only know to load .fis file and import into workspace but I have no idea how to import the vectors as fuzzy inputs and evaluate them as output.
