How to calibrate camera with coding by first selecting points on checkerboard and later on re-project back to image ?

Hi there ,

I'm right now confused. I want to calibrate my camera without using App. Firstly i want to take picture of checkerboard. Then i have to mark points on it. Then I would need to compute Camera parmeters e.g P . after all that i want to check my points selected on image with points computed using P by reprojection. I need a guide line how should i do this.

this needs Automated Driving Toolbox from matlab which makes this task easier.

actually i want to first mark points on image , then after caluclation mark again as reprojection to check accuracy
