How to compare array values that meet condition?

Hello, I'm new in Matlab and I want to ask a basic things. I try to compare an array data to loop value.

Let say, I have array

A = [1 2 6 3 9]

and loop condition that include moving and uncertain data, B.

I want to compare a data in loop condition and array elements in A.

If the B data have the same value with A(1), then the compare run to A(2), untill the last element.

I will really appreciate everyone who help me to figure it out.
