Error using load Try adding "MeasData_LO3_1842" to the static workspace. But I already have my data in the matlab workspace

Then I get the data in the app like this

Does anyone know how should I revise it or how should I use LOAD correctly.

MeasData_LO3_1842 = load('MeasData_LO3_1842.mat');

But why are you doing that load when you already have done the load and stored it in the var property of whatever object you are constructing?
