how to find peak frequency value in the ionogram which is from power data (for every height and transmitting frequency )of digisonde data

pcolor(fser,hser,AMPORD);
shading interp
% here fser is the transmitted frequencies(1by290), hser(1by501) is the heights involved and AMPORD(size:501by290) is the power data for different heights and frequency .
%here i have to find peak point of the following curve and its corresponding frequency
