I have installed simulink and simscape 2019a, but unable to install simscape Multibody

I have the same issue have you been able to resolve?

Uninstall the whole Matlab 2019a, reboot your PC/laptop, then install Matlab 2019a for all of your toolboxes at once, it works on my laptop. BTW, my laptop OS is Windows 10.
