EXE file generated by appdesigner is too slow when opening and drawing

I used appdesigner to design a small software, and generate an exe file by MATLAB compiler .

(Runtime is downloaded from web)

appdesigner is cool and powerful, however, the exe file always took 2~4 minutes to open, and when drawing pictures, it will become very slow and sometimes break down.

I am feeling very confused.
