My objective function has 350 variables with non linear constraints. ga and patternsearch are ineffective using default settings. What can i do?

I tried fmincon, ga and patternsearch but cant get feasible solution. Please help

Some of the projects in that list are open source.
Several people have asked questions about using CPLEX. CPLEX is not open source, but it is free for academic use. (I am not academic so I am not eligible to use it that way.)
Some people have asked in the past about using TOMCAT. I gather that for some of the algorithms, TOMCAT is significantly faster than MATLAB is. It is not open source, though.
I am not familiar with the other ones at all.
