I've configured my MATLAB 2016b with MinGW64 compiler. I found MinGW64 does not support Simulink Real-time (https://www.mathworks.com/content/dam/mathworks/mathworks-dot-com/support/sysreq/files/SystemRequirements-Release2016b_SupportedCompilers.pdf).
Can I use MinGW64 compiler to generate C code for the rti 1006 target?

I have personally not tried it, I use Matlab 2019a with Visual Studio 2017 Pro (it is really not that expensive). Why not just try it (MinGW64 is free anyway)? The only conclusion I can draw from the MathWorks documentation is that they do not provide support for MinGW64 and SLRT, I can't really tell if they mean that it will not work at all.
