apply mass spring damper pid

i have a similar system to the one in matlab: open_system('rct_mass_spring_damper')
i want to do that in real time (each mili-second input error tp pid and output the force)
i dont understand how to do that
also i understand there is an option to tune parameteres automatic - how do i do that?

I understand that you want to execute real time input/output using your Simulink model. You can do that by browsing in the Simulink library for Simulink Real Time and choose the appropriate block which suits your needs.
