what i need if it can possibile in matlab, to make a combination matrix 8x9 of this vectors like this

a1 b2 c1

a1 b2 c2

a2 b1 c1

a2 b1 c2

a2 b2 c1

a2 b2 c2

You are almost there. What is the problem? Just use:

K=[a1 b1 c1;  
a1 b1 c2; 
a1 b2 c1; 
a1 b2 c2;  
a2 b1 c1; 
a2 b1 c2;
a2 b2 c1; 
a2 b2 c2 ]
