Simulink link external devices fail

Hi,
I'd like to control a servo motor through the simulink model and using analog input, output and encoder. The model is successfully build, but when I'd like to run the model ,there is the error which is''Error occurred while executing External Mode MEX-file 'sldrtext':Device not found.'' and 'Unable to connect to the 'Simulink Desktop Real-Time' target for 'voltage_2015a'. How can I solve my problem. Thank you!

'Unable to connect to the 'Simulink Desktop Real-Time' target for 'voltage_2015a'.
It means the connector you are using is not supported by Simulink desktop Real time.
