how to Encoding MIMO OFDM system?

I have MIMO - OFDM system (as mfile). what I need is: to encode the Tx data, and of course decode the Rx data at the receiver side.
I tried the insetruction "encode", unfortunately it doesn't work and get error message.
how can I solve this issue?
