track an object an a video and segment it

hi every body
i have 30 slices of cardiac ct. i want to track an object in them and segment it to achieve the 3D shape of it.
is there any solution for object tracking and segmenting? i want to identify my object in the first frame and track and segment it in other frames.
the object in one of the slices is attached
