could anyone help me how to have identical values of all the rows one by one.

I am having (3,2) matrix such that each row has two columns with different values.
I want to have all the rows to be identical one by one.
Could anyone please help me on this.

Can you give an example? From your description it sound like you just want a single two element row vector repeated 3 times, but that sounds a bit too simple!
