how i can convert matrix to dat

hi, how i can convert a mat lab matrix to dat file

i want to hold the lines (of matrix) and with space between the simbols

You can just use save with the -ascii option.

 x = randn(10,10);
 save mymatrix.dat x -ascii

Or the forms:

save('mymatrix1.dat','x','-ascii','-tabs');
save('mymatrix2.dat','x','-ascii','-double','-tabs');
