r2019a and r2019b install on Windows 10 - exec error 13

I have installation folder on UNIX system mapped via SMB connection.

I used to be able to locate setup.exe and launch the installation, but it seems I gotten error message now.

It no longer allow just double click on setup.exe for installation, why is that?

As alternative, I have to copy the whole installation folder r2019a or r2019b to local C drive. Then when I double click setup.exe locally, I am able to proceed with installation.

Our institution require to keep anti-virus already took hours or even overnight just to install the whole full package. Now, it took even longer as have to copy the whole installation folder to local drive first before installation.

This is not acceptable by our users.

Can someone explain why we gotten the error and how to install the full package faster?
