For details on the SA0 pin, see section ‘I2C Communication’ https://www.pololu.com/product/2127.
The ‘Device type’ of the device is mentioned at the back of the board. For e.g. LSM303 could be one of the following device types: LSM303D, LSM303DLHC, LSM303DLM, and LSM303DLH.
