unable to segment all the platelets using otsu method.

Hi everyone, I have to do segmentation for the platelets (blue dots). I already do the segmentation but I failed to segment all the blue dots. some of the blue dots are missing. can someone help me with the coding to make sure all the blue dots are fully segmented. thank youuuu...
