How do i generate a sound directed to one headphone?

Hi all, I need some help in order to generate a sound directed only to one headphone. I've already generated the sound wich i believe is in stereo:

amp=1 ;

Fs=10000 ;

t=0:1/Fs:2;

A=amp*sin(2*pi*440*t);

but i'm stuck here.
