Computing 1024 FFT from noisy ecg

I am wondering how to compute a 1024 point FFT from an initial 1024 samples segment of a noisy ECG without DC component. Then, from the obtained FFT, plot the absolute value (magnitude) of the frequency spectrum of the noisy ECG (without DC component) expressing the x-axis (horizontal) in units of frequency (Hz)

See doc fft for example.
If the signal is noisy, unless you have recorded quite a bit so you can average, the results are likely to be near meaningless for single samples.

You can refer to the following link to get examples on how to remove noise from ECG signals.
After removing noise, you can compute the 1024 FFT of the signal using the ‘fft’ function. Refer to the link below for more information on ‘fft’:
