Deployment area with reflective characteristics

I'm working with mmWaves, I want to create a deployment area of size 450x350 containing a base station, a user and some opaque obstacles which are of the size 20x20, these obstacles as well as the boundaries of the area should be able to reflect the beam produced by my base station antenna. How to create such an area?
