modelling the motion of the heart during cardiac cycle

Hi everyone. I have a series of echocardiography images which shoes the cardiac cycle and motion. I want to model the motion over time by cubic B-splines, and using successive frames in order to compute the deformation field. and then, apply the gained deformation field to another image to make it follow the achieved deformation field. Could anyone help me please?
