How can I write code for cellular users of three types macro cell, small cell and D2D (device to device users) with single macro cell and single small cell

I want to design my system model in Matlab and for that I want to write a simple code first with single cell havind one base station and one small cell with their lets suppose 10 users each. and 5 d2d users with diistance close to ssuppose 30m.
