Does the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox allow an equation output?

I am looking at getting this Toolbox because of its capabilities in the predictive model realm. I have multiple instances where I would need access to the code for the model. From my experience the time it takes Excel and MATLAB to communicate back and forth isn't long, but is many seconds. For finding a single value within the predictive model this is no problem (let's call this tool one), but this is a problem in terms of work flow and efficiency when needing to compare many values determined by differeing inputs (let's call this tool two).
I currently use a tool one model for seeing if a set of parameters would yield something within the bounds of the model, but also use another tool that is for quick comparisons. My question is, with the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox can I extract an equation that can be hard coded into an Excel sheet so that many quick comparisons can be made without having to wait the time it takes for the two programs to talk to each other?
