Why do I get errors while Processing Jobs with Polyspace Server?

I'm unable to process jobs on my Polyspace server, and get the following errors when using the "polyspaceJobsManager('getlog', '-job', 'xxxx') command:

Error: Remote execution has failed

Error: State: cancelled

Error: Job State: finished

What debug steps can I try?

You may be able to resolve this issue with the following method:

1. Open the Admin Center as described here:

 

Start Admin Center - MATLAB & Simulink - MathWorks India

2. Stop and then restart the job.
