I need a simulink model for study for vehicle traction control system(TCS) or Anti lock braking system (ABS).

The Vehicle Dyanamics Blockset has some solutions for this. If you look at the Braking Test reference application, there is a 5 State ABS algorithm and traction control. If configuring a vehicle using the Virtual Vehicle Composer App you can enable the same ABS and traction control for the models that are generated.
