Why can't I press the "run" buttom in appdesigner when I try to generate a new app?

I have just downloaded R2020 and want to try the appdesigner. I can load and run the app examples but once I try to make a new app, several errors pops up in the command window. Is there something I have missed in the general setup

I guess it has to work fine, Can you attach the error messages.
