Simscape Multibody installation error MatlabR2019b

I have installed simscape and try to install the simscape multibody add on.
My version of matlab is MatalbR2019B running on Windows 10 pro 64bit.
When simscape multibody is downloaded and try to install it says contact Matlab support?
Have I not installed all required packages or is it something else wrong?

This is a known issue and it is resolved in 2020a release.Upgrading your MATLAB version to 2020a may resolve the issue.
