Modeling sound propagation using Matlab

I am currently trying to create a sound propagation modeling program using Matlab. I need to know how to create a 3D space in the form of a cube with smaller cubes inside it so that then i will put buildings, trees, etc in it. i.e. it will have the look of a particular site
