Bode plot shows unstable but plot seems stable

Hello,

I am facing an unusual issue with bode plot. I am finding Bode of a transfer function.

From the plot it seems that a system is stable but the marker on the plot claims it unstable. Could anyone suggest/comment why is it so? Should i consider it stable or unstable? I am attaching the plot below.

i am doing it in simulink and using linear IO and linear analysis tool to find complementary transfer function.
