Copy code from Arduino to Simulink

Hello,

I build an inverter with Arduino for a watter pump. I wrote an assebly code in Arduino IDE, but I have no phisical way to verify if that code is correct. Is there any possibilty to copy the code in Simulink, in some S-function, or I don't know and test it?
