I managed to figure it out. You merely change the slope of the graph. So say for example you wanted the signal to go from -500 to 0 in one second, you would change the slope in the ramp signal generator to 500
How do I generate a sloped input signal?

I am building a generator in simulink and was wondering if there is a block that could generate a steadily increasing signal (i.e. a sloped graph or a signal in the form y = mx + c), with set start and end points, that I could use for the mechanical input as I wanted to graph how the speed of the generator will be affected by the change in mechanical torque
EDIT
I am aware of the ramp signal generator but I require to make it run for a set of values (eg. -500 to 0, in steps of one) without changing the simulation time for the entire model, if that is possible
