I have tried to use plot3(Actual distance,error,RF,'o') but it turns to 3d and i need sth look like the photo

Try this:
plot(Actualdistance,error,'o', Actualdistance,RF,'p')
That should plot ‘error’ and ‘RF’ as functions of ‘Actualdistance’.
