Error using mex (file not in current directory although it is)

So I'm trying to run the mexgpul.all in the CUDA folder, but I'm getting the following error. I am confused since all my files are in the same current directory or added to path. Can anyone help me with figuring out where the error might be?

Zuha - why does your path
C:\Users\meguido\Downloads\Kilosort2-master\Kilosort2-master\mexThSpkPC.cu
have Kilosort2-master repeated? Is this valid?

Hi thanks for responding! So each of those is a Kilosort folder, and they're both added to the path. So that would be valid right?
