Sign in doesn't work

I'm using Matlab 2019b update 5 on Windows 10 and can't sign into my account. Without that the Add-Ons tab is not working.

When I press the sign in button nothing happens.

First, see if closing and re-starting MATLAB solves it.

If that fails, see if rebooting your computer solves it.

If that also fails, use the Contact Us telephone handset icon in the upper right corner of this page to get Tech Support help.

Reboot and restart didn't help, even reinstallation didn't. Will try support.

@Deniz Erkan: Did you see, that the formerly posting persons did not explain, what happens? "can't sign into my account" does not allow to understand, what's going on - maybe a wrong password?
