Plot smooth curves for the grid

Hi,

I am going plot the shape in the figure with smooth curve but I don't really know how to handle it? These points have no obvious relationship between one another. I have tried the approaches that I could find in the forum but not working very well. Can anyone help please? File attached. Thanks in advance.
