Simscape Multibody Add-On Download Error

Probably my 5th attempt in downloading the add-on Simscape Multibody and kept on receiving 'Something unexpected occured' halfway throughout the download process. Would appreciate any assistance in this regard. Thank you in advance.

Did you try to install the trial license? I had the same problem. Try to request a trial using the Mathworks website instead of requesting it from the Matlab.

No I haven't, but if I'm not mistaken if it is under trial, it should be accesible within a certain amount of days/months, no? Again, thank you for the suggestion.
