Reshape data to insert into eeglab

I have data 40x12x4096 i need to reshape this data into 12x4096x40 . But I have 10 .mat files of 40x12x4096 and change data into 12x4096x40 of all mat files and insert into eeglab . Can anyone help?

For any one 40 x 12 x 4096 array,

permute(TheArray, [2 3 1])
