convert bibtext to \bibeitem

Hi

Any solution to convert bibtext to bibitem.

I used the attached link, but it does not work

My error by matlab is

bibtex2item("C:\Users\...\Desktop\textfile.txt")

Error using importdata (line 139)

Unable to open file.

Error in bibtex2item (line 12)
