How to save voice from speaker?

I am working on sign language project. I have to convert text to speech. I will be implementing my code on a video and all results would be stored in another video so that i could show it during presentation. Is there any way of saving speech as well along with the results?

The Computer Vision toolbox is the only one I know of which is able to output video and audio combined.
