Simulink Dashboard Blocks Invisible

I'm trying to use dashboard blocks in my simulink model, but whenever I try to place one, like the slider for example, the block is invisible and I can't see the slider image. It shows up in the library browser, but when I bring it into the main page, it disappears. I've tried looking up why this is, but I haven't found others who are also having this problem. I'm using a MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017) with High Sierra Version 10.13.6 and MATLAB R2019b btw. Thank you.

Maybe your license is invalid!

The Dashboard blocks are inluded with Simulink and do not require a separate license, so if you can still use Simulink, the Dashboard blocks should still be working.

If you're able to share your model and tell me the version of MATLAB you're using, I'd gladly take a look.

Thank you for sharing the model! It sounds like you've run into a problem on Windows where the OS's Font Scaling inteferes with rendering the Dashboard panel. You can work around this by setting Font Scaling in your Windows Display settings to 100% and restarting MATLAB. We will have a fix for this soon and I'll report back. I'll also try to debug the Android-related error.

I think the error message is because the Display block is not exportable. Exporting a panel to Android only works for a subset of the Dashboard blocks at this time. You should be able to use, say, a Customizable Knob and a Customizable Circular Gauge to export a panel that'll let you tune and visualize your model from your Android device.

a lot of Thanks for your reply!
I still confused that the attachment was a demo model , and i set nothing new. and i try to deploy another demo model from mathworks it also didnt work only if it include dashboard. these models named as 'androidCustomizableDashboard''androidAccelDashboard''androidArduinoSensorDashboard' and so on. i suggest you check these models again in window11 matlab 2022a update 6.
another phenamina when i select 'dashboard block type' as 'customizable' in 'hardware board setting>dashboard properties'. I can deploy success but the dashboard is invisble in android device.

@zou richard: It appears that there might be an issue specifically related to the 'Simulink support package for Android Devices', rather than a general problem with the dashboard blocks. If upgrading MATLAB to version 23a is an option, I recommend upgrading and giving it another try. Alternatively, you can reach out to technical support for further assistance. They will be able to investigate the issue and provide a solution.
