Hey everyone,
I am currently using macOS 10.14 Mojave on a 2018 Macbook pro 15". On Matlab versions 2019a, 2019b and 2020a I am not able to use the toolbar at all when the editor is docked and maximised, and am instead presented with an error. I cannot use the keyboard shorcut either to run from the editor (CMD + OPTION + R). Any attempt to use the toolbar results in the editor being minimised, and sometimes the error message appears (image below). The error message can be replicated 100% of the time when the editor is docked, maximised and the keyboard shortcut to run from the editor is used.
The only way to run is to create seperate tab for the editor or run through the command window.
This is the error message I receive when using 2020a.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue or able to replicate it? I believe it is a javascript issue, with potential compatibility issues with macOS.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

cmd-option-R was needed to run -- the Run Tests shortcut is either cmd-option-R or F5 not cmd-R by itself (which does not appear to be mapped to anything.)

Sorry that was a typo, I edited the question to cmd-option-R. Thanks Walter!

This is a known bug on MacOS. The developers are currently investigating this issue and will consider a fix for a future Update or Release.
